Project Objective
To build and maintain a wireless network infrastructure for The Ohio
State University Columbus campus that supports growth over 5 years to a minimum
of 2,300 access points and 45,000 concurrent users. In addition, TELR (Technology
Enhanced Learning & Research), through collaboration with the colleges,
will deliver a best practices wireless instructional technologies website and
sponsor a series of professional development opportunities for IT staff and
faculty.

Project Governance Structure
Project Governance
Structure was unveiled at the Wireless Summit on March 10, 2005. As of 4/1/05,
representatives have been identified thru Deans, VPs and Administrators to
participate on the various project governance structure committees. Committees
began meeting May 2005.
